Paying Tribute to a San Diego City Landmark. Established in 1967 under the name of 'San Diego Stadium", then became known as "The Murph (short for Jack Murphy Stadium), then finally "The Q". This stadium hosted several Super Bowls, College playoffs and also home to the Bolts and the Friars before moving to Petco Park in 2004. Jack Murphy Stadium will forever be San Diego.
